The Nieman family is battling a new diagnosis for Coach Dave Nieman--- Guillain-Barré Syndrome. GB is a very rare neurological condition. Guillain-Barre recovery and rehabilitation is a very, very long road. In true Coach Nieman spirit, he remains positive.
Coach Nieman is surrounded by a fantastic team of neurologists. Once his GI complications are cleared up, he will be transferred to rehab for recovery that may take up to a year.
Let’s all join together to support our dear friend, favorite teacher & incredible Coach and be there for Dave and his family as they endure the road to recovery.
