The Braves finally head home this week after a string of wins on the road!
 
 Homecoming is this Friday evening at 7pm against Greece Arcadia. The parade begins at 5:30 at the Middle School.
 We are partnering with The Spot for a “TACKLE HUNGER” snack food drive during Homecoming on Friday, October 1st.


 Please bring a non-perishable Snack item when you arrive at the main gate to Braves Field. (snacks like granola & breakfast bars, oatmeal bowls, individually wrapped goldfish crackers, pretzels, etc). For more information about The Spot visit their website at thespotcanandaigua.org.

 Braden Whitcomb is a junior OL/DE. Although undersized, Braden’s toughness and relentless effort make him a true asset to the Braves. His commitment and reliability earns him respect from the coaches and his teammates.

  The Friday night atmosphere at Braves Field is truly one of a kind, and is the result of the many people/families that volunteer their time to make it special…That being said, we are in dire need of volunteers for concessions for our varsity home games. I’m asking parents of JV, Freshman, Modified, and youth players to step up and help out, so that parents of varsity players can watch their sons compete.

Homecoming-This year’s homecoming will be the first celebrated at Braves Field. The Canandaigua School district has shared this schedule of planned events. Baker Youth night is also Friday!

Hall of Fame Inductees
 Canandaigua Academy Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2021
 Bill Bowe, Tory Carissimo (hockey player and photographer of all CA sports), Billy Green, and Ryan Poles, will be inducted and be announced during half-time at the Homecoming game. Congratulations to these men who have been part of Braves Football!
 
 The Canandaigua Academy Athletic Hall of Fame will induct eight new members as part of Homecoming 2021.
 
 The Hall of Fame inductees will also be part of the Homecoming Parade at 5:30 on Friday, October 1. The inductees will be honored at halftime of the football game at Braves Field. The two-time defending Section V Class A champion Braves will kick off against Greece Arcadia at 7 p.m. on Friday, October 1. Parking for Homecoming is available at Canandaigua
